Bedroom and separate kitchen and shower room were perfect and just what I needed. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Everything lovely and new and clean. Great if you need a stopover in Newark close to the town centre

I stayed here while attending a convention with a friend who was staying at a much pricier hotel nearby. I’m so glad I found this place, it was the perfect choice. The location was incredibly convenient, the owner was warm and hospitable, and the check-in/out process was seamless. I especially loved the beautiful garden. If you’re looking for a bed, a clean shower, and a great price in a prime location, this is the spot. Highly recommended!
I had a great stay overall, though I did struggle a bit with sleep on the second night. As a light sleeper, the texture of the bed sheets took some getting used to. That said, the bed itself was very comfortable, and I appreciated the convenience and hospitality I enjoyed throughout my visit
