Bem localizada, ao lado do Teatro Municipal, no coração de SP. Achei um ótimo custo benefício. Simples, mas me atendeu muito bem. É um prédio antigo, mas bem estruturado. A equipe da portaria muito simpática, foram muito cordiais comigo.
Achei o banheiro um tanto quanto desconfortável, ele é em cima de uma plataforma de plástico que parece que vai ceder a qualquer momento. A descarga possui uma maquina que faz muito barulho, e conseguimos escutar o barulho dos outros quartos.

A localização é boa.
O sistema de descarga é ruim, faz barulho mesmo sem usar, a cama estava com o estrado quebrado, a coberta estava com cheiro de usada, o ar condicionado do quarto 901 não funciona, só ventila.
