Tru By Hilton North Augusta

The hotel was great very clean, felt safe, had a lot of games and the pool table was a win for my boys but the staff were the selling point both women were so kind and personable great choice with those two!

We were in an emergency situation & needed 2 rooms for one night that were pet friendly. Requested adjoining rooms and it was provided. It was perfect & exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly

I liked how close the location is to other attractions in North Augusta and Augusta.

I arrived at the location around 3:14 PM. I was advised that no rooms were available and being cleaned. I was told I would be checked in and receive a phone call once it was available. I confirmed that the correct phone number was listed. When my partner arrived we waited around another hour before he went in only to find out there was a room available like the one I booked and we could go in. I received no phone call to inform me like I was told I would receive. This is my 3rd time staying at a Tru location and this location ranks lowest. The housekeeper was kind and had just left the room when we got there. The floor was still wet. There was however a few strands of hair on the sheets and the fitted sheets were stained. The last issue was the wifi. I was unable to connect to WiFi. As excited as I was about a Tru location being near, my excitement turned to sheer disappointment.
