Zona tranquila, pero con servicios, no muy lejos de los puntos de interés. Apartamento amplio y confortable, muy completo. Carlo, el casero, muy amable y pendiente , nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Muy buena experiencia.

本当に助かり、滞在中快適に過ごすことができました。
まず、短期の宿泊先としては、この点は大きな評価ポイントです。
施設は、ロケーションは（希望していた地域なので言うまでもありませんが）地域の環境や交通のアクセスも含め最高でしたし、建物全体の環境や部屋の居心地、また、キッチン、風呂、トイレに至るまで心地よく利用できました。
この宿泊先のロケーションに関しては、下町がお好きな方であれば、地域の飲食店、スーパーマーケットなど、昔からの本当のローマという町の良さを満喫できると思います。
とにかく、滞在中は日常生活を忘れて、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。

現代の生活を便利にするためにはどうしても多くの電力を消費することになりますが、少々、電力の供給量が現代の生活をするには少なめかと感じました。
恐らく、古き良き地域の建物そのものの事情もあるかとは思いました。
この辺が将来改良されれば、家電などの設備も便利なもの（電子レンジなど）を追加するなどの向上が図られるのかもしれません。

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. M. Carlo était très sympathique et très réactif, et les instructions étaient claires.
Petit bémol : un souci lié à l’électricité qu’il faudra, je pense, régler. Il ne faut jamais allumer le four et la climatisation en même temps, ni la climatisation et le lave-vaisselle, ou encore le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver. Cela coupe lorsque plusieurs appareils gourmands en électricité fonctionnent en même temps.
