This was a wonderful, homey location for a stay in the Finger Lakes. The house was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. The host was particularly responsive with instructions for check in/out, questions about grocery stores, directions, etc. They checked at least twice to make sure we had every we needed. It was a fabulous stay for us! Thank you Kino and Mel!
Nothing could have been better, everything was perfect. So we are not going to respond to this question.

We tried to extend our time there as it was feeling like a combination of home and luxury hotel. The host is doing a wonderful job - cause this place is awasome !!! We were so suprised that it had everything we could have asked or dream. The place is much more than we see in the pictures ! we had so much fun there. Great for families

The property was nicely cared for and easy to access. We were able to easily travel to interesting activities or we were able to stay at “home” and rest.

Beds were comfortable. General location was nice.
Sulfur smell. Appeared to be diluted blood on toilet and next to toilet. (Even had the sanitary wrap around seat.) Dirty high touch areas, light switches and trim. The interior renovations of the house seemed mask the aged structure of the house.
