The rooms are genuinely good as per the price, washrooms are neat n clean, outside food is allowed and overall good experience

Don't suggest to anyone for stay in this hotel because staffs are very casual and room is not clean at all also in washroom water movement is not happen and stuck in inside only as well as they are not resolve at the earliest and we're facing such a pathetic issue very disappoint with their service.

For the first time in my life, I’m giving my own review and that too a very bad one. It was a terrible, worst experience. I had already informed the receptionist that we’re going to check-in late at around 12:30-1:30 am as our train was running late by almost an hour. I called the reception on the way to the hotel but they didn’t pickup, we knocked the gate but they didn’t respond either. Unfortunately, I had to call the Agoda Support Team, they asked me to wait for almost 5-10mins and they tried calling the owner of the property but he/ she didn’t respond it was already 2:30am and we’re standing outside the property for 1-1/2 hours just to check-in. The Agoda Team asked us to check-in into another property and said that they will transfer the amount and we don’t have to pay, in the meanwhile we booked an uber and started travelling to the property that they said us, and in-between the travel they said us the other property is full too so they couldn’t ask us to move-in their. It was already 3:00 and we’re travelling in an uber just for 2 rooms which we had booked in Agoda! We reached the other hotel and asked for the rooms they charged the normal/worst room at a very high price which isn’t worth it at all. We waited for almost an hour and tried checking through Google and contacting the owner directly over calls and finally we found a room and the owner was so amazing. We loved it. The experience was very terrible. This should not happen with anyone because the place didn’t even feel safe at night! I hope this review will help somehow, thank you!
