The view, comfy bed, library in room and downstairs

Location was good in some respects since it was in the middle of the island and every area was easily accessible. Some decent restaurants nearby. Best aspects were the beach within easy walking distance and a wonderful national wildlife reserve. Also nice view.
Apartment was showing its age including sliding doors that barely worked. Position of our apartment near the hot tub also meant lots of noise during the afternoon and night (up until 10:00 pm). Worst aspect was that the apartment sits right under the main airport approach way. Loud jet plane noise all day and sometimes in the middle of the night.
