Perfect location for us,Plenty of room to accommodate 12 or more people.
Bathrooms were clean and plenty of dishes for eating and serving.
It needs air conditioning upstairs,There was no dish washing liquid when you needed to do dishes while the dishwasher was on.
Also the fly spray was empty and only one black rubbish bag for 12 people for two days.Also the rubbish bins on the street were over flowing when we arrived so couldn’t put our rubbish in there

Beachfront views in a quiet pocket of Foxton Beach, metres from the sea, just around the corner from a cafe and the estuary.
The property was comfortable, well equipped, clean and perfectly for our group. The roaring fire place certainly warmed the house.
We recommend and would stay again.
