Чисто, приємні господарі, є посуд і все для мангалу, зручні ліжка. Довкола тиша і спокій. Хороший інтернет. Є кава, чай, приправи. Кавомашинка. Близько до о Синевир.
Важкий доїзд, якщо у вас низьке авто. Поломані усі дверні ручки( кімнати і ванна не закриваються). Поруч немає великих магазинів.

Неймовірний вид із дому, чудова територія навколо, поруч невеличкий магазин. В домі чисто і затишно.
Важкий підʼїзд до дому довжиною приблизно 1 км, довелося їхати по камінню, тож бажано це враховувати і їхати позашляховиком. Також варто враховувати, що ні кави ні чаю, ні спецій в будиночку немає, все потрібно брати із собою.
