Two bedroom two bath, modern home with private pool. The master bedroom includes master bath. The other bedroom has a bath just outside the door, both bedrooms with huge sliding doors to the backyard and pool area.
Guest access
Guests will have entire access to the house
Other things to note
The Pool Maintenance Crew MUST be allowed onto the property to clean the pool. Not allowing them clean the pool is a violation of the house rules.
There may be some unforseen issues with the amenities (i.e. water outage, internet outage, electricity), however that is not grounds for a refund.
This property is in a very biodiverse area of the world, it is possible that bugs, even reptiles may get in the house from time to time, however this is not grounds for a refund.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Truly enjoyed it very much.. There was a slight issue with the bathroom door was addressed immediately and that was great service. All in all an excellent experience. There’s a wonderful kitty that comes to visit and we miss her very much.

The property was very nice with its own pool. It was located about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. It made our stay in Uvita very enjoyable.
