This new luxurious remodel is professionally decorated with upscale and tasteful accents and furnishings throughout. The home is equipped with a kitchenette, fully stocked with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and dishes and silverware. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the large TV in the bedroom room or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private balcony. The bedroom has an upgraded King size bed and the bathroom is outfitted with a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub. This studio is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area. NO PETS.
