If guests wants to put a boat there it must go up with the application so they can approve the boat size, etc. - Guest will need to call into guest services

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Short walk to beach or into park in nice neighborhood. Disappointed that pool was not heated and that screens on balcony restricted views of canal. Also surprised no phone in unit even for local calls or for emergency. Had a few problems the first week but Vacasa did send repair person. The tv. Service was more of a challenge. It would be nice if a note of helpful hints for the appliances , tv and laundry was available.
