This luxurious unit is just 20 minutes north of Brainerd, on the prestigious Whitefish Chain of Lakes. There is a Recreation Building on the property with an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, office, and a large pool deck with tables and chairs. The property also has a marina with a boat slip for each unit and a beautiful sand beach and swimming area. There is a giant Rainbow Playsystem and pearock area for the little ones too. The Crosslake walking path touches the property and leads to several shops, restaurants, amusement, entertainment and everything the wonderful City of Crosslake has to offer.

Large, fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The dining room has a large table that seats at least 6. In the furnished living room there is a sofa and 2 comfortable seats around the electric fireplace. There is a large TV with DirecTV service. There is a second TV with DirecTV in the master bedroom. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the spacious deck with a table and chairs and loungers. There is also a gas grill. And in the front, there is a one car garage.

We also offer slips in our marina for rent. We also have a 10 person pontoon boat available for rent. You can add wireless internet to your condo for just $10 (plus tax) for your entire stay.
Can't forget about the Pool Building: Every guest of Sundance Ridge can access our private Pool Building. We have a large heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. There is also a large pool deck with tables and chairs. So no matter what the weather holds, you and your party can still have a great time.

Our large, heated indoor pool is a great place to play volleyball as the group or to simply relax and red a book in a chase lounge on the deck. The tables and chairs make this an inviting place for the whole group. Parents can play cards, while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. We have an indoor volleyball set available for use. There is also wifi in the building.

Our comfortable hot tub is a great escape on a winter's night or after a long day on the lake.

Sweat away your worries in the cedar Sauna. It will leave you feeling invigorated

In our Fitness Room, we have a treadmill, elliptical. It is a great place to stay on track while you are on vacation. Or if you just feel inspired to start.

Playground: This Rainbow Systems playground is great for a wide range of ages. Just to name a couple of the features, there are 2 slides, swings, picnic table, tot swing, rope ladder, bench swing. In other words, hours of fun.

Beach/Swim Raft: Our sand beach and Cross Lake create a protected place to swim and lay out. Near the back of the beach sits 2 convertible picnic tables/benches great for lunch on the beach or a sunset dinner. Admittedly not a "year round" activity, for those looking to do some swimming, our swim raft is equipped with lounges.

We offer our pontoon for rent. This 10 person vessel has newly updated seats and a rubber floor. It is perfect for a family cruise or a trip to one of the many water craft-accessible restaurants. It has an onboard sound system with radio and CD and it is iPod compatible.

Guest are allowed to rent a slip during their stay to bring their own boat on vacation.

Enjoy the picturesque view of Cross Lake as you sit around a warm fire. It is perfect for roasting s'mores with the group or simply having some quiet romantic time together. Fire wood is located on the other side of the beach from the firepit.

A hidden gem on the property is our hiking trail. Hikers will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the lake. The start of the trail can be found at the very back of the beach
