About this house rental

Charming Bungalow on Magnolia Ave. This is your chance to be right down in the heart of the best neighborhood in the college district block from the park and on what are the most desirable streets in all of Modesto you will be residing in a newly renovated 900 square-foot bungalow with a second-story loft where you will find the bedroom and relaxation space.
The bungalow has a newly renovated kitchen with all the luxuries of a new home. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to come enjoy.
Washer and dryer are located conveniently downstairs
There is a mini split AC/heater downstairs and upstairs, as well as 3 ceiling fans, one in the kitchen, one in the living room, as well as upstairs.
The bathroom is large with a walk-in stone floor shower… you will love it
There is a charming, quaint patio off the kitchen for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment.
There is a large smart flatscreen TV downstairs & Comcast Internet
