You'll love the extra privacy of the townhome's row-end location within the quiet, gated community, and you'll also be just steps from the on-site pool. A private rooftop terrace showcases gorgeous Gulf views and comes furnished for leisurely outdoor living. There's also a gas grill on the ground-floor patio for cooking up fresh-caught seafood feasts. Ed Walline Public Beach Access is only a two-block from the home, as are popular bars and dining options along 30A.
Walton County has opened the 393 Municipal Parking Facility just 0.25 miles from Ed Walline Beach Access. With 74 new parking spaces, ADA and LSV spots, bike parking, and a new restroom facility, getting to the beach and around Gulf Place is now even easier for guests!
You'll find the townhome well-appointed with everything you need for comfortable modern living. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals or snacks to take to the beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

First off, this house was so clean. Vacasa and the owners did a great job with that. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds including pillows. The living room couch was perfect for lounging. The walking distance to the beach was not too far—we did it every day with our 2 kids and gear and it was easily done. The ocean can be seen and heard from the rooftop lounge space and was a great place for an afternoon nap. The house is also an easy walk on the way to morning coffee or afternoon ice cream or other dining/shops. Oh and the pool is literally right next door to Babe’s House-you’re there in 20 seconds. We went twice we when we needed extra time in the water. We would happily stay here again!!

This property was perfect for our foursome of golfers as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was also plenty of common areas to share. We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounging area.It is in a great location - within easy walking distance to the beach and a number of dining spots. I look forward to staying in the property again.

The home itself was excellent, but there were many issues from the refrigerator, to the extremely dirty poolside, to the water leak from the 1st floor bathroom going down through the garage ceiling.
