Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Ledges is a great place to stay and overall, the home served its purpose. However, within the home, there were a lot of deferred maintenance items that were rather surprising, considering the loveliness of the Ledges overall.The coffee maker appeared to have not been cleaned in ages. We asked for a new one the first night there, and received one the very next morning.The exterior garage lights appeared to be burnt out (also corrected during our stay), the box spring of the smaller bed in the upstairs bedroom at end of hall is nasty dirty, with rust colored stains around it. A simple bed skirt would at least cover it to make things look cleaner. The bathroom for that bedroom had mildew on the shower curtain. There were not instructions on how to operate the TVs. The ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms would only operate at full speed. Remotes did not work. Grill was not cleaned after the last use before us. On the main floor bedroom's bathroom sink (left one), the faucet handle just pops right off. The bathroom in the bedroom right at the top of the stairs has a loose shampoo/conditioner rack. Also a piece of trim on the downstairs sliding glass door was broken and loose, which sometimes made it difficult to close that door. Again, small stuff, but it all adds up.We did really enjoy the upstairs main outdoor patio, and the home had really good space. Loved having all ensuites and the extra powder room downstairs. Great location with just the short walk to the pool.

Our Daughter, Son in-law and Grandkids drove in from Incline Village, NV. The location was great! We spent a cupule of days hiking at Snow Canyon working off our Thanksgiving meal and the weather was Great! We also spent one day up at Zion National Park. Now our Family wants to make this an annual event!

Desert Rose getaway was clean, beautifully decorated and appointed with 4 King size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms! The kitchen was functional and the patios were great. All furniture and appliances were in working order This was an excellent for our group of friends. We used the resort pools & hot tub almost every day. We were surprised that the resort had bike rentals which was great.The management company was excellent; providing detailed documentation of our rental agreement and quick answers to our questions, as well as text reminders for "garbage day" & check in check outWe will definitely stay at the Ledges again and would hope to get the same condo for next years event.

It was a 4 bedroom unit with king beds in each room with attached bathrooms which is set up for adults. Each room should have had a tv, I mean they are only about $400 to buy a 60” these days. It wasn’t fixed up as nice as other units we have stayed at in the ledges but having said these things the unit was new and clean. It was pretty close to the pool and the beds were comfortable.

The courses are beautiful including The Ledges. The homes are perfect as each person has their own bedroom and bathroom.Our house was the “gathering house” at night and it was large enough to accommodate us all. Very clean and well stocked with amenities. We are making this an annual trip! Dan Dekker is the best at setting us up with lodging, golf and restaurant recommendations.

The property itself was wonderful. Very clean and neat, with large spaces in which to congregate. The bedrooms each had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was very nice and one of the reasons we chose the property. Our only hiccup was when we got there. After a 3.5-hour flight and another 2.5-hour car ride, we were ready and anxious to get into the property. However, due to a recent switch out of combination door locks, of which the management company seemed to be unaware, none of the information on our arrival documents worked to get us into the property. As a result, it took an hour or two to actually enter the property and begin our vacation. The time spent there was great, and the initial problem was an unfortunate, but small issue in the grand scheme of things. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property is in an excellent location just outside of St George with easy access to Highway and local attractions such as Zion and snow canyon. Local ledges golf course is first rate. We enjoyed our stay at this property and love the location. Although we were supposed to receive all of our check in information 5 days before our stay, we did not receive any communication after we finalized our booking and had to call the day of our trip to get the information. They resolved this issue very quickly and immediately emailed and texted the info and were very helpful and friendly on the phone. We were slightly disappointed in the condition of the condo as none of the counters in the kitchen or bathrooms seemed to have been cleaned and the floors in the bathrooms were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned for a while. However, the unit is beaurtiful and the location is great and we would stay here again.

We had a enjoyable stay here. It was clean mostly with plenty of room for our 7 adults with 6 kids. Upstairs has nice loft and a great patio/deck. Beds were a little soft for us but we prefer harder mattress and wouldn’t not stay again because of that. Biggest Con is it is a good 11 min drive to groceries etc. and windy!! Don’t know if wind blows there a lot because of location.. Pictures online aren’t accurate. It shows a table with only 4 chairs and a bench and couldn’t figure out or see any other table/chairs so we didn’t think it would seat all of us so we ended up taking a card table to accomadate us when in reality it had bigger table than pictured and 6 chairs and bench. Can’t open windows for nighttime air and doors going to patio/decks don’t have screens so can’t have doors open at night. All in all I would recommend this property and biggest drawback is distance away from St George groceries etc..

This place was a fantastic choice for our foursome. Four bedrooms all with king sized beds. Everything was top notch from big comfortable couches with plenty of room and big nice tv's. The weather was lousy for most our trip so we didn't use any of the pool or outdoor areas but they looked nice and were right out the back door. The only thing I'd like to have had was some coffee there was a coffee pot and filters but no coffee so bring your own. Next years golf trip I'll be looking to book it again!
