With immediate access to laundry, a 55" Smart TV, a large desk, and a quaint 440 square feet of space, it would beautifully suited for 1 person for a short or longer-term stay such as an out-of-town work assignment.
It's perfectly situated only one hour's drive west of Pearson International Airport and only 10 minutes from Waterloo International Airport. You will also find yourself conveniently very close to transit and within walking distance to Fairview Mall, the largest shopping mall in Kitchener, and the Fairway Grand River Transit and ION Light Rail station. Also within walking distance on Fairway Road are many restaurants, extensive shopping, and a cinema. There is very quick access to Highway 8, the 401, and historic downtown Kitchener and Waterloo. Enjoy many cultural and musical events in the nearby downtown core as well as a superb live music scene and Center in the Square. All of this is easily accessible by car or transit.
The kitchen has everything you need; an oven, bar-sized fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery, utensils, and pots and pans you will require for a long-term stay.
