This newly refurbished apartment features a king-size bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, making it ideal for couples or small families. The newly fitted luxury bathroom is equipped with a large shower and all bed linens are provided.
In addition to the above amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including oven, microwave, pots, pans, utensils and a convenient dish washer so you don’t have to do the washing up on you break. The living room features comfortable seating, TV and WiFi along with access to a private, peaceful south facing patio. Other amenities include clothing storage, hangers, iron and a dining table which seats four. You'll also have access to one free parking space on the premises. The property is professionally cleaned between guests, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

Instructions to access the flat were clear and easy. Having a parking space in a gated area was great. Clean and comfy flat in a quiet area.

It was easy to find with the postcode provided easy instructions on how to gain access to the property. The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean and loved the high ceilings. Everything we needed in the kitchen.very quite location couldn't here traffic noise.So happy with everything which made our stay in York even better.
Highly recommend.
