Amazing house. Host was always available for suggestions on local activities. It is a peaceful location but close enough to so many great places.

Beautiful and so clean! Loved the deck and watching the trains snake by...and my family played every game provided! Very comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of spices provided and having refrigerators on every floor was amazing. Hot tub was great and there was plenty of space for our family of 13 ranging in age from 2-85 to have wonderful time. Monument has a wonderful park, and we always love nearby Manitou Springs. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home !!

The location and house are great. Very peaceful and great access to the lake and activities in the area. The main issue is that several aspects of the appliances, furniture and rooms were either not working, broken or not put together well. The house is high end and great as is some of the appliances, so I would have expected better quality of furniture in some cases and better maintenance of what they have.An example, one of the freezer refrigerators had some sort of ice machine issue (there are actually 3 refrigerator/freezers, 2 large and one small). There was frozen water everywhere inside and water was dripping on the floor when we arrived at the house. I texted the manager and gave permission for maintenance to come. They never came. Granted, this was close to the July 4 holiday, so lots of people weren't working, but I suspect they have a maintenance company/person issue. They are not reliable.Luckily, the main freezer/refrigerator was fine, so we just unplugged the one by the game room and let it thaw. I put towels down. In general, I don't mind this sort of thing, but I also shouldn't have to help them maintain the property. There were similar issues with other furniture, the pool table, the gravel by the driveway, etc. This is a large property with a lot of moving parts, so they need good maintenance.There were other relatively minor to modest issues, but we all still really enjoyed our stay. It was a great house for a large group.
