Our large living room boasts a large stone fireplace and a 75-inch tv with Netflix and a gas fireplace for those cooler nights. No Smoking: Guests: Please no smoke inside the cottage or the sunroom. Feel free to smoke outside and use the provided ashtrays. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
Quiet Hours - VERY IMPORTANT: Please always be respectful of our neighbors. During the day, please keep your activities at a respectable noise level which includes music. Ensure you abide by the quiet time hours of 10pm. This means, that if you're outside or in the sunroom, no music and you must be very quiet when speaking as sounds travel across the water. Speaking in a whisper. NO MUSIC, YELLING, OR SHOUTING OUTSIDE after 10 pm. Secondly, if playing music inside after 10pm, please keep it at a respectable level and ensure all doors and windows are closed.
Guest Authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the cottage. No exceeding the limit to have parties.
Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own cottage! We ask that you don't wear shoes in the cottage. If the trash/recycling bags are full, please place them in the garbage/recycling bins in the garage.
Damages: Report any damages in a reasonably timely manner.
Septic System: Flush only toilet paper, DO NOT flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels or other objects.
Please don't move any furniture and if you have to move chairs, please place them back into their original position.
No fireworks.
If you're staying during the summer months, please be mindful of the water and keep an eye on your friends/family/children and pets.
Wear a lifejacket when using the paddleboard or paddleboat.
If there is a fire ban, please no fires, no exceptions!
When using water toys, please place them back where you found them after use.

Welcome to a Winter Wonderland! Our group consisted of 2 adults and 3 teens 13,13&14. Upon entering the cottage, I was in awe of the beautiful decor and attention to detail. We stayed mon-fri in Feb 2026. Our first challenge was deciding who got each room. We battled back and forth and soon realized that each of the 6 rooms were all cozy and comfortable with the same “serene vibe”. Our next task was unpacking - which was easy due to the ample storage on both the main and lower levelsthe master bathroom was beautiful and left me feeling as though I was walking into a spa. That being said, both the remaining bathrooms have built in benches for a steam room experience. Definitely worth a try. To add to the resort-like feel, we enjoyed much of our time in the hot tub and sauna. Both located just steps from the lower level walkout. Meal times were especially fun - as there was room for everyone in the “decked out” kitchen to help with meal prep. Another chore everyone was able to pitch in with was laundry - having a washer/dryer located on both levels made keeping up with the wet towels a breeze.Garbage & recycling - so well organized and easy to access in the garage. The ping pong table on the lower level was great. We enjoyed friendly tournaments that we will laugh about for years to come. we also alternated watching movies on the upstairs & downstairs tvs that we were able to stream from using the free wifi. I could go on and on - WE WILL BE BACK!

The property was perfect for our annual Girl's Trip. We had an issue with the wifi when we arrived but Reed fix it quickly. We all had our own rooms and enjoyed the common spaces. Although we didnt get a chance to use the outdoor spaces as much as we would have liked but it was great.Thank you Reed, your property is beautiful.

Our stay at 56 Trillium Lane honestly felt like a luxury getaway. The house was spotless when we arrived, and everything was so welcoming and easy to figure out with the clear instructions and signage. We spent so much time in the sunroom and on the upper deck they both have the kind of views that make you never want to leave. The upper deck especially was perfect for hanging out, BBQing, and eating meals. Inside, the place was bright, spacious, and beautifully set up, which made it feel both cozy and high-end at the same time. It was clear a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable and guest-friendly. If you’re looking for a spot that mixes comfort, style, and a true luxury feel right on the water, this place nails it.

This is a beautiful rental for a family vacation. The property is beautiful, with great amenities. Our family loved the paddle boat and sauna and hot tub. The grandchildren loved the spacious rooms , waterfront and secure and safe property. Lots of great trails for hiking, close to a scenic damn. We loved it.
