THE LOCATION
Pleasant Point is located on the East End of St. Thomas. It is surrounded by several beautiful beaches and near Red Hook, the center of all the nightlife that you can take. The resort offers you a fantastic location, and friendly service, along with three pools and 2 new restaurants, Sun & Sea Bar and Grill and Ocean180 - both boasting unforgettable views and great food! All of this creating an unforgettable vacation.
Three minutes away from Coki Beach and Coral World, and the ferry boats, one mile from Lindquist Beach, and just thirty minutes from the Cyril E. King Airport (STT). You are also only 30 minutes away from Magens Bay Beach, that some consider as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
At Point Pleasant, you can swim in three swimming pools or snorkel right off the small intimate beach. For exercise, walk our hills or explore the resorts very own nature trail and gazebo overlook.
There is a small Shop in the reception area that includes beverages, snacks, personal care items, and other conveniences.
We do provide you with our very own personal welcome package and also will provide recommendations to our favorite boat and fishing charters!
There's so much to explore on St. Thomas and even our sister island, St. John. Hiking Trails, Ruins, Snorkeling with Turtles, Swimming with Dolphins, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Day Sails, Sunset Sails, Charter a Boat to Spend the Day on the Water, Learn to Scuba/Certified Divers try out our great spots including wreck diving and diving for lobster. Pirate Museum, Children's Museum and Historical Tours available downtown Charlotte Amalie. Duty Free Shopping also! - A Day on the Water will be Your Best Day of Vacation!

Perfect East End location at Point Pleasant - 2 minutes to Coki Beach, 4 mins to Sapphire Beach, next door to Margaritaville, 5 minutes to night life and restaurants in Red Hook, Marinas, Fishing and Boat Charters!
I recommend a car although taxis are available
Interesting enough, St. Thomas has few street signs, so a GPS is important. I used a favorite maps app and Map Quest. Waze was not very effective.
If you are new Airbnb, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.
Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.

It’s been ten days since we came back from our trip from St. Thomas. I still find myself dreaming of the moments we spent on that balcony with stunning views throughout the day . The location of the resort is so convenient to so many beaches as well as restaurants and to the ferry. The condo supplied everything we needed as well has extra treats in the fridge. My husband and I aren’t the best sleepers but we slept like babies on the comfortable mattress and appreciated the well working AC. and ceiling fans. We enjoyed going to The Sun and Sea restaurant that sits right by the water on the resort when we just felt like relaxing. Great affordable food and drinks with awesome owners and staff. We received great communication and tips from the owner from the time of reservation to checkout.
I will be back to St. Thomas and plan on booking this condo again.
