This was our second time at this property. The location is beautiful and close to Baxter State Park. This time we took our dog with us and she had a great time.

I have to say this is the first time I have to give a not so great review. The cottage was not quite what we expected from the photos. The place had not been cleaned(stuff happens). The girl that cleans came while we were there which was ok,but not convenient. She did a nice job but the outside of the property was really let go.Junk laying around under the camp, old chairs, old junk. This place e was not cleaned up on the outside.Mildewed deck and railings, cobwebs around windows and doors. For the price we paid,it was not what was expected.
