Attached to the living area is a balcony with beautiful mountain views and a bistró table to dine alfresco. Whip up tasty treats and meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. You will find two sleeping nooks upstairs, perfect for a good night's sleep.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The room was very nice and clean. Both my sons enjoyed the loft sleeping area. There were plenty of towels for all our water adventures. We visited the pool and hot tubs several times. We cooked and ate all our meals in the condo. It was a nice place to be. Getting all our stuff to the 3rd floor was kind of a choir but we managed.

Great location, kids loved the pool area. Room was clean, kitchen was nice , and beds were comfortable. Although no air, the provided fans and mountain fresh cool air from an open window kept the sleeping temperature perfect. Great overall experience.

This property was great for our family of four (two adults and two kids aged 10 and 8) for a ski trip. It was clean and had plenty of space for our gear. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and towels. Will definitely consider this property when returning to Granby!

The condo has a lot to over for a family of 4. There is lots of space to spread out in. Pool and hot tubs look nice. We did not use them. The hallways and other public areas are worn but condo itself is nice. One thing to know is there is no air-conditioning in the entire complex. This may not matter when it ia cool but when its in the 80s the building and the condo is hot! There is a TV in the loft but no cable is hooked up to it. There is a dvd player but you will need to bring your own dvds. Overall if you are not concerned about the heat this is a nice affordable place to stay that is close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Winter Park.
