About this campground/ rv resort rental
We are offering our 30 foot Nomad tow behind camper which we have just recently fully renovated and updated. This adorable camper will be set up on our farm which is located about 23 miles from State College/ Penn State University and 22 miles from Lock Haven University.
Outside we will put the awning out and set up a nice porch area with picnic table and lawn chairs so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of country life. An uncluttered night sky perfect for stargazing and all the nature your heart and soul could ask for will make for an enjoyable stay.
Inside you will find one true bedroom space with queen bed, dinette booth seating that converts to a twin bed, sofa that converts to a twin bed, and two bunks. Now, the bunks are narrow so I would say those are for small adults or kids. This camper could sleep 6 easily. All beds come with sheets, blankets, memory foam toppers(because they are super comfy) and pillows.
The kitchen area has a stove, new refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen area will be stocked with paper towels and hand towels/dishcloths. There are pans and utensils in the cabinets too. There is a toaster and Keurig in the kitchen as well.
The bathroom space is small like most camper bathrooms, but does have a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Towels, washcloths, soap, and toilet paper will be provided.
Heat and Air Conditioner work well and we replaced the smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detector in August 2023.
Parking will be super convenient; directly in front of the camper. I have a complete video walk-through of the camper if you are interested in viewing the video email me at [email protected] .

Such a fun and memorable stay. Our hosts couldn’t be more welcoming. If you like animals and beautiful countryside, this is the place for you. Great communication, well appointed wtitj coffee, lots of linens, waters, and comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious.

We so enjoyed our “out of the ordinary” stay at Nadine’s well equipped, immaculate, restful camper when we traveled to visit my son in college. Communication with Nadine was timely and so helpful. Everything in the camper was new and immaculately clean. The quiet farm setting was restful and a nice change from the norm. There were some sweet farm animals who greeted us happily and made it such a fun experience. I highly recommend this unique getaway! Well worth the experience and the price point was spot on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun change up!
