We rent out a newly renovated holiday flat with a view of the idyllic village of Bivio and the surrounding mountain landscape. The ski lift, shopping facilities, bus station, several restaurants and a large playground are all within a 4-minute walk (approx. 250 metres). The holiday flat comprises a bedroom with double bed, an open-plan kitchen with modern kitchen appliances, a dining area with a cosy corner bench and a living room area with TV. Wifi and Smart TV are free of charge. The flat is rounded off with a 20m2 sunny terrace with a view of the mountains and the ski piste. There are up to 4 sleeping places (double bed, foldaway bed, sofa bed). The flat is located on the 8th floor. The new inclined lift takes you comfortably from the garage to the floors.
In the building there is a large indoor swimming pool and a sauna (18 CHF per person incl. sauna, without sauna 10 CHF children up to 6 years free of charge, closed on Sundays and Tuesdays and closed in the low season from 21.10 to 19.12 and 11.04 to 23.06).

In winter, 30 kilometres of varied natural snow slopes, deep snow runs, professional ski schools and a magical atmosphere await you in Bivio. The ice rink and the cross-country ski run are right in front of the house. The ski lift can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes. A 140 metre long magic carpet for children is available directly in the village. With the Pistenbock (toboggan) you can take the ski lift to the middle station, where a 2.3 km long and fast toboggan run awaits. Bivio is an Eldorado for ski tours. Snowkiting, snowshoeing and walks through the snow-covered forests round off the programme. In summer, Bivio is the ideal starting point for hikers and bikers. The village is located in the centre of Switzerland's largest nature park (Parc Ela). There are several barbecue areas within easy walking distance of the flat. Directly above the village of Bivio there is a climbing crag with 11 different routes. Various hikes can be started directly from Bivio. Diving in the nearby Lake Marmorera or fishing in the mountain stream round off the offer. Bathing lakes can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car or in approx. 30 minutes by post bus. With an altitude of 1769 metres above sea level, Bivio is considered snow-sure. St. Moritz, Lake Silvaplana and Savognin can each be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car (post bus approx. 30 minutes). All prices include garage parking, visitor's tax, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and service charge.
