This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

We had the best time at Heather’s newly renovated, cool and comfortable lake house. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely and the house comfortably fit my family and our children’s 2 teen friends and our dog. The Hideout offered lakes and beaches and pools. The house was cool enough and we had all the amenities of home (fully stocked kitchen and washer and drier). We also made s’mores out back almost every night. We would definitely go back to their home again. Thank you Heather!

We had a great stay at this property. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. As a short-term rental owner myself, I can tell when owners/managers have put a lot of thought and work into making my stay comfortable, and this place really hit the mark! My kids loved the community amenities as well.
