About this house rental
Welcome to our family-friendly home featuring proximity to shopping, dining, and all Iowa State has to offer. This cozy home decorated in a charming Iowa theme offers 3 designer bedrooms, brand new Novaform mattresses, an outdoor basketball hoop, and a spacious back yard complete with Weber grill. Enjoy a gas fireplace, lower-level theater area with 75” TV, kids' play room, and a fully-stocked kitchen. No matter what brings you to Ames, we would be delighted to have you as our guests!

1. Primary King Bedroom with attached bathroom - sleeps 2
2. Queen Bedroom - sleeps 2
3. Queen Bedroom - sleeps 2
4. Main Level double pull-out sleeper sofa - sleeps 2

* 2.5 bathrooms including master en-suite. Towels and hair-dryers provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

3. Main level half bathroom

*Basketball hoop, large fenced-in back yard, gas Weber Grill, outdoor dining, and large back deck.

We stayed as a family of 4 during a recent college tour. The house is very well appointed with everything you’d need and is very clean and tidy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the 4 of us and communication with Kiley was great. Excellent neighborhood with coffee shop and restaurants nearby - would definitely recommend.

We love staying here! The house is very family-friendly. Fenced yard. Playroom and TV room in the basement with very comfy HUGE couch. Great kitchen. Great location too.
