A renovated vacation home in a large private garden (6,000 square meters) with a pool (unheated) and ocean views. The pool is not visible from the outside.
The house is surrounded by nature, yet only a few minutes’ drive from the picturesque old fishing town of Tavira, which offers numerous restaurants, shopping options, and attractions, with views of the sea and the hills of the hinterland.
Various beaches are within a 15- to 20-minute drive.
There are several golf courses within a 20-kilometer radius.
The Accommodation
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, bright living and dining area with large windows and an open fireplace.
All rooms are on one level.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances.
The large covered loggia in front of the living room, overlooking the
pool and the sea, invites you to relax.
There are additional seating areas outdoors.
The house features air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area for both cooling and heating.
The bedrooms, bathrooms, and a sliding door in the living room are equipped with mosquito screens.
Thanks to the heating and the open fireplace, the house is livable even during the winter months

The house is a half-hour drive from Faro Airport by rental car.
Bookings are generally only available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Different times during the off-season can be arranged upon request, as can special rates for bookings of more than four weeks.
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
€80 fee for final cleaning. The pool is maintained regularly.
For stays of several weeks, bed linens and towels are changed weekly (usually on Saturdays) and the bathrooms are cleaned.

We stayed in Casa Mar Azul for two weeks and from the beginning we were very impressed. The house is beautiful and the location is fabulous. We loved it so much that we are returning again next year.
