About this house rental
Be restored @ our peaceful 77 acre Sanctuary bordering Famous Barnes Gully with amazing elevations, Multiple waterfalls & bluffs. Mystical mornings/magical evenings. A true sanctuary w/short walk to Onanda Park! Very spacious fully Renovated 2700 Sf 3bdrm 2full bath. Sleeps 10.Large great room & eat in kitchen sits 10, cathedral ceilings. Great Deck + patio. Attention paid to peace/serenity. 18 min to CMAC, 9 min to Downtown Canandaigua. 2 miles to nearest winery!! We consider ourselves stewards of this amazing property and want others to enjoy it fully, but must be respectful of the space. The entire home is available with no shared spaces. The neighboring home on property is our long term caretaker, but totally separate large yards to enjoy. The long driveway is shared and guests with drive by our farmhouse on way to the ranch.
The huge 15 acres yard off kitchen patio and around pond is for guest as well including the front deck.
The pond is nice and wildlife provides great natural sounds and overall vibe, however no fishing or swimming.
We will provide a general map of trail system. Full peaceful use of home and large meadow/yards off both patios to enjoy. The yard is not fenced.
The smaller rear yard of ranch is out rear door and rear yard is separate and not included in stay, however it does not effect the wonderful spaciousness of what is included - in all the photos. We want you to enjoy your stay and will Likely not stop in, we have long term caretaker/tenants living in the separate farm house next door who will immediately report to us of groups over reserved number and/or any activities not permitted at which time we must communicate what the resolution is or cancel the stay.
We will simply not tolerate anyone abusing the guidelines set and agreed to. We will have to water the outdoor plants during dry season so it is possible guests will see us near dusk and also to mow lawn. With the exception of the farmhouse next door, the property is very private. Our farmhouse shares the driveway, and
We have long term tenants and caretakers of the home and property living on the property in this house. You can not see this caretaker home from rear patio of which would be guests most enjoyable and private space.

We enjoyed our stay. The dogs loved the farm and the host was very responsive and on top of things. This property was extremely well stock so you don’t have to bring much at all. Only downfall I mention is the water left white chalky film on dishes and owner was waiting on a part to fix. All and all it was beautiful on the farm.

We spent the long weekend with friends and this home was the perfect spot. The yard was peaceful and just what we were looking for!

The house was prefect for our weekend getaway. There were 6 of us. The house was nicely updated and there was lots of different spaces so that we could spread out and lots of spaces to gather all together. We spent most of our time in the kitchen eating and playing games and catching up. It was a rainy weekend but that didn't effect our time because the house was a nice place to be. Naples and Canadaguia were within a 20 minute drive each. The caretaker house was closer to us than I thought it would be but the house was still very private and we were not impacted at all. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans etc. Would highly recommend and would consider staying there again.
