About this apartment rental
Welcome to our brand-new unit in Surrey! This modern apartment offers a south-facing view of the city and mountains,along with top amenities such as Skyline gym and BBQ garden. Inside the unit, we offer stylish new funitures.There are two queen beds inside bedrooms. Additionally, there is an extra sofa bed available to accommodate additional guests.
Location is exceptional ,within 5min walking distance you can reach Surrey Central Station,Central shpping mall,City Hall and SFU Douglas College.
The space
-The unit primarily faces south, offering a great view of the city and mountains.
-The linens and towels are washed for each stay. We kindly request that guests refrain from damaging or staining the linens, as an additional fee may be charged.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. We kindly request that you pull out the exhaust fan while cooking to prevent the smoke detector from beeping. This will help maintain a comfortable and smoke-free environment during your stay.
-There are two bathrooms: one with a standing shower and the other with a bathtub. Dryer and shampoo etc are all included.

It was just an awesome condo. Incredible views, excellent location, really good floor layout, safe and secure area, we for sure will try booking it again on our next trip. Host was great too.

Very new and clean. Safe area. Just very high so if you’re squeamish about heights, this might not be for you. Wonderful view!
