Few buddies and our spouses wanted to get away for the weekend after working 7 days strident for a solid month. Rented Brandon’s mountain retreat for the weekend. Let’s just say it was definitely WAYYYYY better than our expectations. Very nice and suitable for the group. Definitely enjoyed it and would do it again! Thanks!

We booked this trip to celebrate my oldest son and his 3 friend’s graduation. The boys were excited to stay in the Smoky Mountains and even helped pick the booking. They loved the amenities available and played lots of pool. The cabin was nice, clean, and spacious for our group of 8. Only downside was there was a broken shower in one of the en-suite bathrooms but it was in the process of being fixed(note posted stating waiting on parts). Thankfully, it wasn’t a huge inconvenience to our group. Area was very nice and close to Gatlinburg but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely consider booking this one again!

Loved the stay. Our adult children loved the pool; however the water could have been a little warmer. They also loved the arcade games. It was easy to find and loved our stay.

We were very excited to stay at Brandon’s mountain retreat and overall it was a good stay. However there were SUBSTANTIAL issues. One of the upstairs showers was unusable, There were door handles that would randomly fall off of doors and perhaps most unsettling was the water leak in the main floor bathroom that was there as we walked in for the first time. On top of that there were things like the fire pit outdoors that was in several photos that we were looking forward to using but found out when we got there that they were not available to use. Property manager took a full day to send anyone out to look at the bathroom ceiling leak.
We made the most of our time there and really did enjoy our time in Gatlinburg, but will most definitely not be staying at Brandon’s mountain retreat again. And due to the way that our issues were handled will not be staying with Eden Crest vacation rentals either.
