Hosting With Friends welcomes you to The Peaceful Sanctuary in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Awaiting you on the property are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor entertainer's paradise complete with putting green to practice your Golf. The reclusive home is in a quaint neighborhood near the Ft. Lauderdale Airport and a quick drive to Las Olas Beach.
To ensure an easy check-in, all of our units are equipped with smart locks giving each guest access by entering unique reservation pin codes. For safety reasons, we do not provide detailed entry instructions until the morning of your check-in.
This listing provides the following amenities with every reservation without exception:

★ Conditioner
★ Body soap
★ 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom
★ Eating utensils.
★ Plates, bowls, cups, and mugs
★ Pots and pans.
★ Fully stocked cooking set

★ In-unit washer and dryer with detergent pods
A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no parties allowed. A minimum fee of $250 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.
Keyless Self-check-in allows our guests to enter anytime after their reservation starts time.
★ Check-in time is at 4 PM.
★ Check-out time is at 11 AM.
Guests will have 2 dedicated private parking spots located in front of the house as well as free street parking.
I am always available, you can text me or call me at any time during your stay. I am normally in the area so if needed I could always be at the unit in a short amount of time.
The nature filled neighborhood is conveniently located between the Fort Lauderdale international Airport, down town Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Beach! You are just a short drive or Uber ride away from all the action of Fort Lauderdale, with easy access to I95!
