About this house rental
Sabine and Frédéric welcome you to their recently renovated vacation rental, “L'Atout Charme,” which sleeps 4 people. Its name comes from its unique decor and renovated style. It is located in the small town of Bains-les-Bains, 30 minutes from Épinal, where the peace and quiet will make your stay a truly relaxing experience.
Just 200 meters from the Vôge-les-Bains spa resort: spa treatment package for 850 euros (20 days).
Cleaning fees are optional at 30 euros
Pets are allowed; a 5-euro daily surcharge may apply (please contact us).
Each room is carefully decorated with furniture refurbished by the owner and her vintage finds. This charming property features a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a living room with a smart flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on the first floor. A Regency-style stove in the kitchen is not in working order. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed (160/200) and the other with two single beds (90/190)—as well as a separate half-bath. Since the upper floor is accessible via a fairly steep staircase, please use caution when navigating it.
Everything is included in the price (utilities, Wi-Fi, bottled gas, linens, etc.) (except for housekeeping and the tourist tax). Electric heating: Electricity costs are included up to 20 kWh per day. Sheets are provided (beds made upon arrival), as well as bath towels.
You can enjoy the nice weather in the garden at the back of the cottage, which features patio furniture and a barbecue, as well as a covered porch in case the weather turns a bit unpredictable. There is a second lean-to in the garden; access to it has been blocked off pending renovation, so please be careful.
Nearby shops (e.g., bakery and butcher shop 2 minutes’ walk away, hypermarket 5 minutes by car). Numerous hiking and biking trails along the small roads of the lush countryside, alongside the Vosges Canal, 2 km away. Iron and Glass Museum in Hennezel. Candy factory and cutlery workshop in Darney. The Adventure Farm in La Chapelle aux Bois. Epinal is 25 minutes away. Gérardmer is 60 km away. Mulhouse, Belfort, and Nancy are about 1 hour away.
