Find a relaxing respite for days spent fishing, boating, and swimming at this two-story condo in Marathon, the perfect setting for embracing the Florida Keys lifestyle. Ocean Isles Fishing Village is ideal in many ways, with grounds including a waterfront swimming pool and sundeck. One small kayak and three paddle boards so you can easily get out on the water. You'll be within a mile of the airport, restaurants and shops on Overseas Highway, the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail, and attractions like Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters.
Angler or snorkeler, this condo is a delight to return to after a day of watersports. The covered patio alongside the carport makes a beautiful setting for afternoon cocktails, sunset dinners, and card games on balmy evenings. Inside, enjoy an open first floor with a smart TV, a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and two dining tables. The upstairs bedroom has another smart TV and is cooled by central air-conditioning, but you can also slide open the glass doors to let in the sea breeze at night. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pool, lounge and dock areas were beautiful and comparable to a resort. The location was great and we would definitely return!

pros nice bedroom and bath the pool was very nice cons no cable living room furniture small and no supplies if you want to do laundry or wash dishes you need to buy everything one garbage bag for 11 days
