About this house rental
Excellent accommodation in Ribamar, very close to Ericeira and right on the beautiful S. Lourenço beach, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
It has a living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Externally it has a pleasant garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue and dining area.
It also has internet access (wifi), a hair dryer and an iron.
Note:
We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
