This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfect for visiting the Auburn/Opelika area whether you're staying for an Auburn University athletic event or performance, golfing at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, or hiking at the Kreher Preserve or Chewacla State Park. There is truly no limit as to what adventures you can find here!
Situated right off of Shug Jordan Parkway, Cottage on the Plains is in the quaint neighborhood of Piper Glen and is less than 2 miles to the Auburn University campus! It's very close to Publix, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Vintage 2298 Restaurant and the new location of Amsterdam Cafe. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to hang out, Well Red Coffee, Books & Wine on Donahue is a local favorite. Or head over to the old railroad town of Opelika for dinner at Zazu and stop at one of the breweries and distilleries downtown!
This home will sleep 8 comfortably with 2 king sized beds and 2 double beds. You will have coffee capsules provided for a Keurig, 2 smart TVs, high speed internet, a gourmet kitchen to prepare wonderful meals, a charcoal grill with a lovely back patio, and parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This home is pet friendly for 2 dogs only. Also, this home features a fenced-in backyard!

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

This is a non-smoking property.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Property is fantastic and very convenient to campus. We came up for a football game and the location couldn’t be better for accessing campus. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The cottage was absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk into the cottage you are greeted by a beautifully decorated place that is relaxing and inviting. The fenced in back yard and patio was the perfect size to just sit outside relax and allow my dog to run around. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the classy Auburn-inspired decor to the fully appointed kitchen and cozy furnishings. It felt like home the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect for a relaxing stay on the Plains. We can’t wait to return!
