A cozy little Bird themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq ft Nest/Getaway.
This sweet Nest is loaded with Ammenities, and close to restaurants, and so many Fun Activities, to include lakes, hikes, Turtle Bay, Caves, Waterfalls, Parks, Churches, and so much more.
Many varieties of birds come to perch on the branches, and feast at the bird feeders just outside the kitchen nook window. A sure Bird lovers Delight.
Relish in an occasional backyard sunset from the back Patio or Spa, or unwind at the 27” Fire Pit, as you share stories, and enjoy a glass of sweet tea or wine.

We stayed at the property while taking part in a week long training. The house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and is an easy drive to much of Redding. The property is beautifully landscaped front and back. The house is nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and small appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. We even used the fireplace one of the nights when it was cool. Owner was quick to respond when we had a keypad issue. The house would be great for families with small children up to teenagers or if someone in the family or travel group has limited mobility. I highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again if we return to the area.

This property was absolutely beautiful. They provided for every possible need and the home was in perfect condition. A great retreat, well care for home, and very manicured back yard. The floor plan was perfect for family gatherings, a place for those who want to watch a movie on a big TV - a place for those to gather and play games, and yet a place for those who just want to have a quiet conversation ... or just watch the many birds that come to visit the property. The only complaint - is we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our trip to Redding a wonderful experience.

Everything was just perfect for us and our stay. We e joyed the hot tub. All the spices in the kitchen made is easy for us to stay in and cook for ourselves. The house was very well decorated.

This place was amaziing. Its was fullg stocked with anything we couuld have needed. Even lots of spices to cook with which was nice. The hot tub was great and house in very quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly and quock with communication. We will be staying agao. Next time come thru redding.
