Master bedroom has a queen bed, and guest bedroom is equipped with 2 full trundle style beds. Lastly, the couch convert into a small twin sleeper that sleeps 1 guests.
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Biscayne Park. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beautiful duplex is equipped with a pool. It comes with parking as well. It has loving upgraded interiors with marble floors, granite kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have central AC, cable and wifi. You can catch a 5 minute Uber to Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. This is a duplex so interaction with other guests may be possible.

This location is very well situated in a friendly and compact neighborhood steps away from its central park, and within easy driving distance of many commodities along biscayne or down at miami shores (while a bit further but easily accessible midtown, wynwood, aventura, bal harbour, and some of the beaches). The space itself is smaller than anticipated but comfortable. Space for living dining is sufficient for 4. There are 2 smalll bedrooms that are clean. The bathroom is updated and comfortable as well. The backyard is pleasant but access to the pool is not exclusive and requires exiting the immediate backyars, which may be worth noting. The internet service is acceptable but slow and patchy at times. Other aspects such as cooking appliances, washer/dryer, all function well. Overall location 10/10, Space 8/10, ammenities 8/10, communication 10/10. Would book again in future.
