Beachfront apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 43" TV, desk and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, dressing room and 40" TV.
From the bedroom windows and from the balcony you can see the ocean.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, oven and electric stove.
The dining room has a round table and six chairs. The living room has a large sofa and a 65" TV.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
GUEST ACCESS
The building has 24 hour security, gym, and a spectacular pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas in the solarium area, plus direct access to the beach.
Both the pool area and the reception have Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor you will find a cafeteria called Enjoy that provides many essentials, with food and drinks that can be delivered to the room, pool or beach.
HOUSE RULES
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property and apartment.
Visits are not allowed.
Maximum 6 guests: 4 adults and 2 minors.
No smoking inside the unit.
All trash out at check out.
Guests must follow the building rules.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
Laundry: washer and dryer on each floor with a rechargeable payment card. 1.85 USD per wash and 1.85 USD per dry. Rates subject to change.
Parking in the building:
20 USD refundable parking pass
1 week: 100 USD
2 weeks: 125 USD
3 weeks: 150 USD
4 weeks: 175 USD

Access keys (FOB) for the beach, the building and the amenities. One is needed for every two adults or person over 14 years of age. The cost is 30 USD, a one-time payment for the entire stay, paid directly to the condo association at registration. Subject to change without prior notice.
