About this house rental
This former forge house dating from the eighteenth century with its outbuildings, its beautiful barn and its vaulted porch classified as a remarkable heritage site exudes a rustic and elegant charm. Built on two vaults housing a spring, with its stones, exposed beams and terracotta tiles, it has recently been rehabilitated with refinement.
Facing a garden and a 1.2 ha wooded meadow crossed by a stream and surrounded by hills and a large forest, the atmosphere of the site is picturesque and soothing.
Nestled at the bottom of the charming village of Saint-Bonnot whose location is ideal halfway between the Morvan massif and the wine route of the "Coteaux de Pouilly Sancerre". 30 minutes from the Baye and Vaux ponds, 20 minutes from the Bouillé pond, 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire, Charité and Donzy and ten minutes from Prémery or Chateauneuf where you will find all the shops you need for your stay. The Maison de la Source is located 25 minutes from the Pouilly vineyards, from Pouilly the wine route takes place with the Côtes de la Charité 25 minutes away and the Sancerre vineyard 40 minutes away. The Sancerre golf course is 35 minutes from the house.
Fully equipped house (kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, dryers...) with on the first floor an open kitchen (fitted and equipped) opening onto a large living room and dining room, a second intimate living room can be converted into a double bedroom with its sofa bed. A fireplace in each living room. Upstairs, four comfortable and silent double bedrooms including a master suite with bath, sink and fireplace. A bathroom is on each floor.
It is equipped to accommodate between 8 and 10 people maximum.
Bed linen and towels provided.
A workshop with gardening tools has a barbecue, sun loungers and two garden tables.
