All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.
*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Loved this place!!! Beach view from the balcony, great for a small family!! The condo could use a deep clean on the carpet had a weird smell that made the whole condo smell weird, I’m glad I packed a plug in air freshener! Better instructions about arrival would also be a good it took us a while to figure it out. The condo was straight across from the beach which was amazing to just go down and be at the beach! Love this place so much will definitely be coming back.

Over all good time, this is the second time I have stayed at the Majestic Sun and would salty again. A few issues with 209B front door hard to open. Dryer take 3 cycles to dry clothes, you can’t have more than one thing going due to low water pressure.
