Our property is a private, fully equipped, two-story, two-bedroom townhome unit (95m2/1022sq.ft.), capable of accommodating up to six guests. It's situated in the tranquil and safe gated community 'Coco Sunset Hills' in a residential area of Las Palmas in Playa del Coco. Security guards are on duty 24/7, and the housekeeping staff is exceptional.
It features two separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with a modern washer and drier. You'll enjoy a large bedroom balcony and a ground-floor patio with a gas BBQ that's a mere 15 steps from one of the area's best swimming pools. If you're bringing a vehicle, Coco Sunset Hills provides private parking areas, complete with security and a remote-controlled gate.
We're thrilled to announce recent upgrades to our condo, designed to enhance your comfort and enjoyment! We've given the entire space a refreshing makeover with a fresh coat of paint. Both bedrooms now boast new mattresses for a restful night's sleep, and the second bedroom has been refurnished with one single and one double bed. We've installed new air conditioning units to keep you cool, along with a new washer and dryer to cater to your laundry needs. The living room now features a brand-new TV for your entertainment, while those needing a workspace can utilize the new office desk and chair. For book lovers, there's a new bookcase for you to peruse. Outdoor relaxation has also been elevated with new patio chairs and coffee tables. And we've remodeled the bathroom shower.
