Welcome to Golf Villa 42 - (Casa de Campo resort fee applies)
Modern villa on the Links Golf Course, 3-min drive or walk to Playa Minitas. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (1 half), 5 beds. Great for families or groups.
Open layout with floor-to-ceiling glass, golf views from most rooms, and a private heated jacuzzi in an open-air courtyard.
Housekeeping included. Optional meals, A/C in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, parking. King in master, full beds in guest rooms.

Just a 5-minute drive or easy walk to Playa Minitas, this modern open-concept villa sits on the Links Golf Course in Casa de Campo. Guests enjoy access to premier resort amenities including the beach club, pools, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, golf (Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, The Links), horseback riding, marina shops, grocery store, movie theater, live music, and seasonal kids’ camps.
The villa features a clean, beach-inspired aesthetic with large windows and golf views from every bedroom and common space. Natural light fills the home, and the private heated jacuzzi, located in a peaceful interior courtyard, is perfect for reading or relaxing.
Daily housekeeping is included. Optional home-cooked meals are available for $50/day, and if the housekeeper stays past 4:40 PM, taxi fare is required. Both are paid directly to her.

Guests must register with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. Registration fees are paid directly at the Costasur Security Office, located at the entrance of the resort.
Resort Fees (subject to change by Casa de Campo Resort):
• $25 per adult (12+ years) per day
• $12 per child (ages 4–12) per day
• Free for children under 4
The security office is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If you'd like breakfast and lunch prepared, there is a $50/day fee, paid directly to the housekeeper.
If she stays for dinner service, taxi fare must also be covered.

We have been to Casa de Campo a few times and it's always wonderful! It is safe, clean, and we love the many things you can do there; golf, tennis, shooting, pools galore, the beach, the marina and all the shopping, and Altos de Chavon. It's nice being able to take the golf cart everywhere.
Location of this home was great in between the resort and beach - easy to get everywhere with the golf cart. The house had a nice layout and decorated beautifully, and the housekeeper was lively and happy and just wonderful! 5 stars!
