The open-plan living-dining room has large windows that fill the house with light and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where it is easy to always feel comfortable. Its fully equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy your favorite recipes.
It has a bedroom with a 150-meter bed and an en-suite bathroom that will allow you to rest after a day exploring the city.
All rooms have central heating and air conditioning.
Surrounded by all the necessary services such as supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.

Check in: from 15.00. In the case of arriving in the city before, you can leave your luggage in the apartment from 12:30 p.m., although we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready until 3:00 p.m.

By virtue of current regulations (LO 4/2015 OF MARCH 30, PROTECTION OF CITIZEN SECURITY) any person over 14 years of age must be registered in an inexcusable manner, the refusal to present said documentation will lead to the direct cancellation of the reservation , without possibility of reimbursement.
Garbage must be deposited in the green containers installed in the streets from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
