About this villa rental
Spacious luxury villa classified 5 stars, brand new of 245m² fully air-conditioned, on 1500 m² of land with heated salt pool, at the foot of the village of Sare labeled "Most beautiful villages in France". 400 meters from all amenities (shops, restaurants, the Post Office, doctors, pharmacy, ...).
Villa Zeruko Izarra is located 14 km from the beaches and train station of Saint Jean de Luz, 4 km from Spain, 8 golf courses within a radius of 30 km and the airports of Biarritz or San Sebastian (Spain) less than 30 km away.
As pleasant inside as it is outside, it offers the 14 occupants it can accommodate (+2 children in trundle beds) a large surface area and top-of-the-range services for a quality stay and an unforgettable holiday.
For the night parts, you will find on the first floor:
- 2 master suites, 1 with smart TV, 160 cm beds, private bathrooms + walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
- 5 bedrooms, 1 with smart TV, four with 160 cm bed and one with 2 90x200 pull-out beds
- 3 bathrooms, 2 with toilet + 1 separate toilet
That is, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 shower rooms, 6 toilets (including 1 in the entrance/office).
The first floor and its two master suites are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Large living room with panoramic sofa, 2 smart TVs, bluetooth hifi tower, XXL dining tables.
Open kitchen equipped with XXL equipment (two pyrolysis ovens, a microwave, an induction hob and 2 large fridges/freezers, ...). Crockery, cooking utensils and small appliances in adequacy and even more.
Baby equipment available (2 high chairs, booster seats, bath, 2 potties, 2 travel cots with changing table and mattress, 2 deckchairs, stroller, baby monitor).
For the stewardship, a laundry room also equipped (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, etc ...).
Huge covered terrace to enjoy whatever the weather, equipped with large dining tables and garden furniture.
Salt water swimming pool heated to around 28°C from May to September, covered by an automated dome, allowing swimming in all weathers and ensuring total safety for children.
The pool terrace area is equipped with sunbeds and also has a shower and a toilet.
A summer kitchen equipped with an XXL plancha awaits you under the pergola.
