The Space:
This studio offers a cozy double bed on the upper mezzanine level, accessible by ladder, with bright windows and warm lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The main living area features a sleek black-and-white marble floor that combines modern design with comfort. The fully renovated kitchen includes a microwave, stove, mini fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and all the cookware and tableware you need to prepare meals at home. A breakfast bar with seating for two serves as both a dining area and a convenient workspace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and high-quality finishes. Additional amenities include a television, high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen and towels for two guests, hygiene essentials, and professional cleaning before and after your stay.
Guest Access:
Enjoy a smooth and independent arrival with self check-in. You’ll receive both the building code and the lockbox code in your check-in instructions. Once inside the building, walk across the courtyard (about 20 meters) to the door on the left on the ground floor — you’ll spot a Room4me sticker for easy identification. Please remember to scramble the lockbox code and return the keys there before your departure.

This easily located property was a good pick for my husband and I. However, we were sad to find that there was mold and we couldn’t stay. We were able to remedy this with a different apartment. It was further out but bigger and comfortable. I am thankful we were able to pivot and still enjoy our time in Paris.
