Roberto ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Ganz liebenswert und immer ansprechbar.,Das Appartement befindet sich in der dritten Etage (es gibt einen Aufzug) und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit einen schönen Blick auf das aragonesische Fort und das Meer. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Ortona in der Nähe der Kathedrale. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir nicht gekocht haben. Wenn ich gekocht hätte, wären 2 Kochfelder wahrscheinlich zu wenig gewesen.
Toller Wasserdruck, was wahrscheinlich an einer Pumpe im Kinderzimmer liegt.
Nicht so toll war das Bad. Klasse Wasserdruck und dank moderner Therme schön warmes Wasser. Leider viel zu klein. Für etwas korpulentere Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Generell würde ich das Appartement für max. 2 Personen empfehlen. Riesiger Vorraum, grosses Schlafzimmer, mittlere Küche, kleines Kinderzimmer, Mini Bad und kleiner Balkon.

Roberto è stato un host fantastico! Ci ha anche risolto problemi non di poco conto.
La vista dalla camera da letto e dal terrazzino è superba.
Cucina funzionale.

This is a lovely location, right on the edge of the historical centre of Ortona. It is really close to the Via Verde cycling and walking / running track which is really convenient. This is an amazing asset to the region with a flat track that takes you right past the lovely 'trabocchi'. Access is via some fairly steep steps and coming back up takes a bit of extra energy after a 50km ride (and you don't need to go this far of course)! However, overall this is a lovely place to stay, and I would like to come back and I would stay again in this B&B. I did find Google was not helpful though in getting the last km. It tried to take me down 'residents only' streets that were too narrow for my car. It took be 4 attempts to finally get the correct road (Passeggiata Orientale). The street of the apartment is also one way only.
When I visited in late September, I found that a number of the restaurants were not open on a Wednesday nights and the bars for an early morning coffee were not easy to find. They are in the piazza Plebiscito, which is still pretty close, but not obvious. This is the best option for breakfast unless you bring your own.
Parking near the Castello Aragonese is freely available but you need to pay. I didn't realise this and nearly got a parking ticket.

Penso che si possa migliorare l’accoglienza , sia durante il check-in che durante il soggiorno, un paio di bottiglie di acqua ad esempio sono un piccolo gesto che specialmente in estate sarebbe apprezzato, come anche lasciare almeno un paio di rotoli di carta igienica!!!
La pulizia si può migliorare
