The bed is large and comfortable. The room was clean.
Never saw any staff. There are many suggested actions like taking off shoes and leaving them in the public area, where they could be stolen, and taking off the bedsheets and throwing away the trash after the stay. I would understand these suggestions, if the price was lower, but this is no charity. Furthermore, noise insulation between the rooms and the living room downstairs is pretty bad as I would be woken up at 7 am by people having breakfast and talking out loud. Lastly, the area with its hills and at times small pedestrian space is a bit cut off from downtown for people without a car.
