1. El trato de la propietaria. Es como estar en la casa de una amiga, pendiente siempre de que estés bien.
2. La ubicación es excelente para vivir la experiencia del corazón de Nápoles.
3. La esencia y encanto del inmueble, una antigua iglesia reformada.
4. Los servicios y tienditas del barrio (especialmente de la misma calle Nilo) y el restaurante que está justo enfrente (O'Scemo). Toda una experiencia).
5. La tranquilidad por la noche.
6. Lo bien equipado y lo grande que es el apartamento.
1. Hay que subir muchas escaleras (no tiene ascensor, así que no es apto para movilidad reducida, ni para maletas pesadas).
2. Mejor en taxi (puede dejarte en el portal) al ir y venir del aeropuerto.
3. Mejor para dos personas y que no necesiten permanecer mucho tiempo en el apartamento (tiene muchas ventanas pero dan a un patio interior). Si viajas solo/a el entorno puede resultar intimidante.

Wir durften in diesem wundervollen Apartment übernachten und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Kaffee, Tee, Süssigkeiten und sogar Pasta mit Sugo falls wir kochen möchten standen für uns bereit. Perfekt gelegen, sodass wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichen konnten. Die Gastgeberin Annalisa und Maria haben mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und tollen Empfehlungen unseren Aufenthalt einfach perfekt gemacht. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen, wenn du im Centro storico eine ruhige Wohnung mit einer hervorragenden Gastgeberin sucht. Vielen Dank Annalisa

The location is AMAZING, just few steps from the main attractions. really easy to go around. the flat is spacious and really comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The materasses were amazing, which is not common. I never give a 10, but it is fully deserved.

Really comfortable and right in the centre of the historic district. Comfy bed and apartment really well equipped. We went in March and despite being a little chilly outside at night apartment was warm and cosy. Also quiet considering location. As others have said there are 3 flights of steps to the property but it really is worth it. Annalisa is an amazing host.
