Das áreas, das comodidades, do conforto que o apartamento proporciona e dá comunicação com os responsáveis. O espaço é exatamente como nas fotos e tem diversos jogos para nos entreter. O espaço do terraço no fundo é uma mais valia também.

Casa bem localizada. Eletrodomésticos recentes e todos funcionais para o necessário. Remodelação recente Janelas com bom isolamento Casa fresca ( ar condicionados tanto no quarto como na sala.)
Limpeza deixou a desejar. Muitos cabelos encontrados no chão. Espaços exteriores extremamente sujos. Embora seja no rés do chão tem alguns degraus na entrada do edifício, o que dificultou a logística com o carrinho de bebe. Porta da entrada do prédio está empenada e as pessoas a entrar e a sair fazem um estrondo enorme para a fechar.
